Things we'll do for you, priced up front
Some jobs are bigger than an evening's tinkering. These are the
ones people ask for most — each with a price you see before you
say yes, paid by card inside the support ticket, and done with
time-boxed access that you grant and we log. No surprises on
either side.
Launch prices, in SEK including VAT. Prices marked
from are confirmed as an exact quote in your
ticket before any payment is taken — the quote is the
price, not an estimate that grows.
How quote-and-pay works
- Ask. Open a support ticket and describe the job — or arrive from the guides, which link here whenever a task is bigger than most people fancy doing themselves.
- Quote. You get a fixed price (or a rate and a capped estimate) in the ticket. Nothing happens until you approve it.
- Pay and grant. Card payment and a time-boxed access grant live on the same screen. Access is closed by default, opened only for the job, logged throughout, and expires on its own.
- Done means verified. Where the job has a verification step — migrations and health-report tidies do — you get the report, not just our word.
Fixed-price packages
Migration into VomeHome
1 495 kr one-off
Your existing Home Assistant — Pi, NUC, VM or container —
captured, restored into a hosted instance and
verified against the original: entities,
devices, automations and integrations compared before you
switch anything off. Radio sticks handled per
the adaptor guide.
Health report & tidy
495 kr per report
Code-driven analysis of your install: devices that flap
and eat CPU, a swelling database, unused entities, error
noise — summarised in plain language. The free teaser shows
your top three findings; the full report prices each fix as
a tidy package you can take or leave.
Gold readiness upgrade
from 1 495 kr incl. tested coordinator hardware where needed
We move your radios off the Home Assistant machine and
anchor the tunnel properly, so a dead server no longer takes
the mesh with it — the difference between tiers in
the protection guide. Ends with a
passed drill, not a promise.
Zigbee/Z-Wave mesh re-pair
from 795 kr sized by device count
For when a coordinator died without backups and the mesh
must be rebuilt device by device — tedious, bounded, and
your automations and dashboards survive untouched. Quoted
from your device list before you commit.
Seasonal & rental setup
from 1 495 kr per property
Holiday homes and Airbnb lets: presence-safe heating,
guest access codes, check-out automations, and failover that
acts while you're elsewhere — the away-from-home policies
from the failover guide set up and
drilled.
Custom work
750 kr/h quoted & capped in the ticket
Automations, integrations, dashboards, stubborn devices.
You get the estimate up front and the cap is the cap — if it
takes us longer, that's our problem rather than yours.
Keep self-hosting — add a safety net
Self-hosting is the right call for plenty of people, and nothing
here asks you to give it up. These plans make us your spare
wheel rather than your chauffeur: your Home Assistant stays on
your hardware, under your control, and we catch it if it falls.
Link your server
Free
Connect your self-hosted instance to the portal over an
outbound tunnel — no port forwarding, CGNAT is fine. You get
uptime visibility and the free health-report teaser; we get
to prove we're useful before you pay us anything.
Off-site backups
from 19 kr/month
Encrypted copies of your Home Assistant backups, held
away from the house that floods, the disk that dies and the
SD card that lies. Restore them anywhere — including, one
day, to a standby here.
CHAP standby
from 49 kr/month
The full safety net without moving in: we hold your
verified backups and a dormant standby, drill it quarterly
on real data, and when your box dies you fail over to us —
then fail back home when it's mended
(guide 7). CHAP is short for
Continuous Home Assistant Processing, and it means
exactly that — watch a
takeover happen on the interactive board.
Not yet showing on your account? The self-hoster plans are rolling out tier by tier — anything not yet self-serve is available today through support, at these prices.
Annual prepay & gift cards
- Pay yearly, get about two months free. Any subscription can be prepaid annually — ask in your ticket or at checkout.
- Give someone a working smart home. A gift card pairs nicely with the migration package: the recipient's tinkered-together install becomes hosted, protected and somebody else's problem — ours. Arranged through support while the shop page is on its way.
